Request A Care Package

If your child is scheduled for Cranio surgery and you would like to request a care package, please fill out this form. (NOTE: WE DON’T SHIP PACKAGES UNTIL A WEEK BEFORE SURGERY) We are no longer able to ship free care packages outside of the US but you can order one for $12 to cover some shipping. WE ALSO CANNOT SHIP TO AUSTRALIA ANYMORE DUE TO THE EXTREME HIGH COSTS.

We also ask for you to upgrade your package if your child is over 3 years old so we can fit age appropriate items.

If your child’s surgery has already taken place within the last 60 days, but would still like something comforting, we can send you a couple items as well. If your child has had surgery prior to 60 days, we please ask that you let us use these loving care packages for current families.

**Please note that we would love to send every child facing surgery a care package, but please only request one here if your child is indeed facing surgery for craniosynostosis. Thank you!!

Due to postal service rate increases we can now only ship care packages in flat rate envelopes (USA). If you would like to upgrade your care package to a medium flat rate box there is a $8 charge (USA only). Internationals are $12 up to 8oz, upgraded packages are $25.
