Luka had Craniosynostosis of his metopic suture straight from birth. He had endoscopic surgery at 2 months and wore a helmet for 8 months (3 months – 11 months) with the last 2 months night wear only. The first week or 2 was the worst (more for mom than Luka 😅) but once we made it past those few weeks it was just a part of our routine. He is now 15 months old and you’d never know he had surgery (he just has a very small scar at his hairline on his forehead).
